Returns

Returns are NOT allowed if the product package has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Supplements are consumable products and cannot be resold once opened.
Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or destroyed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

To process this, you must provide an unedited video proof:

Video should start before opening the outer package

Clearly show the shipping label

Clearly show the damaged product

Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.

We will arrange a replacement after verification.
Refund Processing
