Refund policy

At Primalane, we take quality and hygiene very seriously. Since we deal in nutritional supplements, we follow a strict no-return policy once a product is opened.

Returns

  • Returns are NOT allowed if the product package has been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Supplements are consumable products and cannot be resold once opened.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or destroyed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • To process this, you must provide an unedited video proof:

    • Video should start before opening the outer package

    • Clearly show the shipping label

    • Clearly show the damaged product

  • Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement after verification.

Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
